capacity shadecards
From practical experience gained in the retail packaging industry we have adapted our knowledge of card mechanics to create a unique format of shadecard which replicates the capacity characteristics of vacuum form trays. The raised platform surface is made of multi-layers of board and has recessed shaped areas which allow product to be displayed without any unsightly edges and a friction fit facilitates ease of removal if required. Permanent affixing of product is an easy option and the resultant flush surface, which can be printed in full colour, provides a fresh way to display potentially unsightly samples. This format of presentation is ideal for thicker gauge products such as ceramic, wood, carpet tile and some heavier vinyls where a more environmentally friendly alternative is preferred to a plastic tray.
